Change login email address
Your access is linked to the login emailaddress you have supplied to Our Family Software. If you need to change the email login, send an email to:Β support@ourfamilysoftware.com. Please provide the old emailaddress and the new replacement for our records. We will inform you when the changes have been made.
Change or forgotten password
If you want to change your password start at 1., if you do not remember your login start at 2.
1. Go to the menu and click on "Log out"
2. Click on "Sign in". (For first time login see:Β Step 2 - π¨βπ©βπ¦βπ¦ Log in and create family profile
3. If you are unable to sign in or wish to change your password, click on "Forgot your password?"
4. Add the email to the FamilyBoard account and click on "Reset password".
5. If the account is registered in our system,Β there will be a pop-up stating that an email has been sent. Click on "OK".
If there is no account registered for this email address, verify the email. If it is the correct email, contact Support.
6. Check your email account. This can be done from FamilyBoard, a mobile phone/device or from a computer.
You will receive an email fromΒ FamilyboardΒ noreply@mfamilyboard-app.comΒ (via familyboard-app.com).Β (If you do not receive an email check your Spam-filter.)
Click on the link to reset your password.
7. This will open the browser and you can type in a new password for the account. Click on "Save".
8. There will be a message that the password change was successful. You can now go to FamilyBoard and login with the new login information.
