FamilyBoard works best when the whole family has access to all commitments in one place and in context. In order to get this overview, all external calendar sources for each family member need to be linked inn.
Make a list of all family members and consider the calendars for each person
- work
- private email account
- spond
- nursery
- school
- Facebook events
- sports teams you follow etc.
Find the link to each of these calendars and copy it into your list and send the list to yourself. This way you have access to all the links later if there are changes or updates to the links, or if you need to share your calendar(s) with someone else.
