The default Android Keyboard is not optimized for FamilyBoard and takes up a big portion of the screen.
We therefore recommend installing Gboard which gives a better experience on FamilyBoard. Below you will find illustrations of what the different keyboards look like:

There are 2 ways to install Gboard:
- Logg on to Google Play, search for "Gboard" and install the app. This will ensure that the app is automatically updated.
- Download the apk file from www.apkmirror.com. Search for "Gboard" and download the apk file. You will not need to log in to get access, but please note that Gboard will not be kept updated with new versions, you will need to update this manually.
