In order to visualize family activities, FamilyBoard has a group profile called "Core family" that includes the family members that you select.
This functionality saves space and highlights events that include the core family.
Settings for core family
When you registered your FamilyBoard account for the first time, you added a family name.
This name, the color code and the profile picture can be edited at any time.
1. Go to the menu, and click on the family profile picture.
2. You can edit the name here, or click on the profile again to edit color code or profile picture.
3. Click on "Change color"
Note: Change picture is part of the funtionality to come.
4. Click on the color you wish to select from the color pallette.
5. The color selected will have a check mark. Click on OK to save.
Create or change to a family event
In the entry selection menu, you can either create or change an entry to a family event.
1. In entry selection menu, select "Core family"
2. This will automatically add all the family members who are a member of the "Core family".
If you select all the family members in the core family, "Core family" will be checked automatically.
3. The event will be color-coded with the selected family color. When you look at the details of the event, all family members will be listed.
