A family member should be created for every person that needs their own color in the calendar. All calendars and entries that are linked to the family member will have the color defined for the profile. In this way, it is easy to see which entries apply to which family member.
1. To add or change a family member, go to "Family members" in the menu.
2. The list of registered family members will be shown.
Family members (and entries) have the following sorting: first members of "Core family" from the youngest to the eldest, then all other family members from the youngest to the eldest.
Click on a family member to changer, or "New member" to create a new member.
3. Add a name to the family member
If the family member has an email address AND you want this person to have access to the entries on FamilyBoard, add their email address. The person wlill receive an email with a link to download the FamilyBoard app on their phone. See [TBA]
Note: For family members registered with an email address, it is not possible to change this email address. If you need to change it, the profile should be deleted and then recreated as a new profile with the new email address.
4. Add the date of birth of the family member
5. Click on the profile picture for a family member to change the color code or picture.
6. Click on "Change color"
Note: Change picture is functionality to come.
7. Select the color you wish from the color palette.
8. Selected color will be marked with a check. Click OK to save.
9. The profile has now been updated, so click on the check mark to save/create.
